O'Neill's Pub was established in 1885 and has been in the O'Neill
family from the very beginning. While the rooms upstairs have
been completely restored for guest accommodation, the entire
property maintains an air of original times. Rooms are decorated
in period antiques, yet each are en-suite and offer all of the
modern conveniences. Room amenities include coffee/tea making
facilities, hairdryer and TV. This is a licensed accommodation,
due to the pub on the ground floor. Rooms include a traditional
full Irish breakfast and other meals are available through the
pub. O'Neill's overlooks the back of Trinity College, is five
minutes to O'Connell Bridge and just steps to the Pearse Street
DART Train Station. There is no off-street parking available,
but guests are recommended to hold off hiring their car until
they're ready to leave the city. is just around the corner for advance
booking pick-ups and drop-offs.
This is an ideal base to see the city, and very close to the
DART to see some of the coastal communities.
